The Croatian City of Rijeka is working with the Canadian City of Guelph, Ontario on smart city development and energy management.
Rijeka and Guelph are taking different approaches to developing their smart cities - Guelph is focused on its local assets around the food and agriculture industry, while Rijeka is focused on local entrepreuners and innovation.
