The Swedish city of Malmö has partnered with Canada's capital city, Ottawa, Ontario on circular economy approaches, low carbon development, inclusive planning and development, and promoting clean tech businesses.
Malmö and Ottawa have found that they have much to learn from one another's approaches to engaging newcomers and the general public in planning and development, especially regarding the revitalisation of districts. They have also identified opportunities for local clean tech businesses to explore.
