The Latin America and the Caribbean office of the International Urban Cooperation programme (IUC-LAC) has recently completed the documentation of around 165 sustainable urban development best practice cases in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru. Collectively, the case studies outline successes at local, regional and national levels across the region.
Urban management and development professionals are invited to learn from these practices and to apply the knowledge in their local contexts.

The documentation is part of the European Union’s contribution to a better understanding of innovative urban practices and aims to offer inspiration to city managers and urban professionals internationally.
